I'm now worried that I embarrass myself with my riding and never get asked back.

The car park is a bit remote!! Driving in last week, there was a bloke sat in his car, he looked like he was going top himself and then I stepped out the car and nearly stood on a condom, nice!

Don't worry Quirrel, I'll be crashing all over the place (nothing new!), kids had me up at 1, 2:30 & 5:30!!!

He best not go to Thrunton and mess the trails up!

If he does go to Thrunton he best not tell his mates or some on here will be upset.

Ooh interesting it'll be the new HART team chaps.

Oh yeah Sky news mentions it and says Police have asked people to avoid the area but fails to say where.

DOH! Now it does.

If he does turn up at Thrunton it's obviously because of all you gobshytes banging on about it on here. Now the place is going to get blown up and shot at, then probably burned down. Well done; I hope you're all very pleased with yourselves.

I thought he was up in Hexam yesterday after the police went flying up the A69 in the morning and the A68 was blocked.

Going to have a word with the fella if he stops my first excursion out to Thrunton tonight.

"Oi! You! Beefcake! Will you please stop running and have the final showdown. One wants to go for a ride tonight and you are causing roadblocks."

BBC New Cam is right along the old line now they police are searching an abandoned farm. The lives pics are taking me back to the SAS siege on the Iranian Embassy.

That camera footage is surreal.

My wife works at Alnwick school and they have Rothbury kids there that wont be going home for a while unless they get him soon.

There was a window cleaner on radio at the Thrunton cross roads saying the moor road was closed but it sounded like the A697 was clear.

Not too sure about going into Thrunton later though.

Drac

You fancy a ride tomorrow, I'm up for two days and should be able to make a fairly early one all things being equal, then down to Durham for an early Friday meeting.

Wheres good to ride there?

Looks like they are raiding a old farm on my bro's ex girl friends farm. They seemed to have took their time shutting everything down as everybody knew about it early in the morning.

Possibly Stumpi looking at sorting something with a friend who's in the area but not heard back yet.

GEDA yeah was trying to work out which one it was thought it along the line towards Pauperhaugh. Apparently it was one of the Arkle's who spotted his car this am and it next to their yard.

Just listened to the report, she didn't bother reporting it last night or rather didn't associate it.

Ah that makes more sense then.

It looks as though its more towards the Middle School and Brinkburn Priory area than towards the North or the village itself.

IMO hes headed the wrong way - should have gone west into Simonside and out towards Otterburn.

And I'd call Thrunton off.

http://www.northumbria.police.uk/details.asp?id=29205

I know chances are slim but could cause hassle for already stressed Police.

Fingers crossed they find Rambo by Thursday evening.

I'm ready to go now.

Not too worried about Rambo. Although with my day-glo orange jacket I will be the easiest target.

It'll be open but probably closed at moor house to traffic to Rothbury. Given thrunton covers the edge of their hunt do you really want to put extra pressure on the police by riding there. You could just wait or ride elsewhere.

I'm off around Chopwell then.

Before it pees down.

Any day is good for me otherwise.

Just driven down the A697 - spotted a couple of non police cars on the Thrunton access road, so would guess it would be still open. But might be worth avoiding the area - passed loads of police heading north.

Let me know if its rearranged - Lee (Orange Five in Clockwork colours).

Great fun it was. Impressed with the riding and the company.

Sadly Rambo didn't make an appearance. I was half hoping for him to wrestle my bike from me and make off on it.

Thanks

A nice side profile of my gut. Next time it's either going to be gone or I will cling film up before the ride.
