Hi I have just got back into the mtb scene after a few years off. I would like to know the best way of finding routes to ride in yorkshire but mainly east yorkshire. Thanks in advance.
Lived in east Yorkshire for long time, not much biking around there, a bit flat. Mbr reviewed some routes last year and were pretty scathing about them - dull. I used to put the bike in the car and drive to the Dales or Yorkshire moors, good guides available for both. Moved to the hills eventually, great ride today from my doorstep.
Best advice would be to hook up with the locals. This lot are fairly harmless :-

There is a good bridleway network from Bridlington and further inland. Flat and non-technical though. Best head to Dalby etc...
