After all the eulogising on here I am off to see Jedi tomorrow. Interested to see if an old dog can learn some new tricks.
Been coached at sports as a junior but not as an old man and never about cycling. Interesting I hope.

Good luck. I will get to visit one day - am a bit jealous. Enjoy it!

Will report back, good or bad.
As much as anything I want to talk to someone who has obviously given it a lot of thought about a coherent and consistent way of thinking especially front v rear weight bias.
On the other hand I sound like someone who is taking it a bit too seriously - it is only riding a bike after all.
We will see.

Went to see Jedi recently. As has been said many many times he is brilliant and everyone i encountered who rides up at Herts seems to have a solid attitude.

I look at it like buying tools. He gives us the tools to do stuff on the trail then it's down to you to practice and learn to apply them when appropriate. My riding came on so much after seeing him the 1st time but it wasn't an overnight thing.

Enjoy the day!

Just an update on my day coaching with Tony. Interesting to find that you only need to think about a couple of new things and suddenly you feel like a complete beginner.
Enjoyed the day and a very good venue for training. All very straightforward and exactly what I was after. I picked up a few things but one in particular is so blindingly simple I cannot believe that I have ridden this long without knowing and it has/will make a difference. Worth the entry price for that alone. As other have said, if you fancy some coaching then worth a visit.
