Got an old Soul which I've been very happy with. Idlely pondering the Sideways cycles cycle to work offer to get a new frame. Worth it or not?

I guess if you want a soul that takes a 140mm fork and meets the CEN stuff,rather than having your old soul, then yes it is.

Only if you are using 140mm IMHO.
although I'm using 140mm on my old version. 😕
