I know the original Swift was a quite popular in these parts. Well, Sam's just released a new one!
Numbers are rather reserved, but looks like a fun XC/commuter/pub bike. Pretty pricey at £950 for 4130 Cro-Mo though..

Like the look of the rigid SS option but £950 for a far east built steel hardtail frame. Is that the way of the world now?
It looks nice enough but it seems pricey when you compare it to a 4130 tubed Bootzipper frames for £549 or an 853 tubed Solaris for £849.
Honkingly long chainstays...
Even the wild complicated Speedbomb frameset from Stooge is £820.
Ah, also add £30 postage in the Uk, so £980!
That blue and steel aesthetics. 🤩

Doesn't the £950 include a fork?
Bin dun.
£950 does include a fork Brant, yes.
I was really tempted (for a flat bar build), but then Cotic discounted XL (853) Cascade frames to £679.00 including a fork, so I plumped for one of those instead. No SS option on the Cascade, but I'd probably never have run a Swift SS anyway.

Even Andy says he never charges enough, and he's sold out so probably should have charged a bit more.
140mm head tubes are the bare minimum length on an XL frame with that fork geometry, I'd really like to see companies making them longer. It's acceptable on a cheap frame, but I wouldn't spend that much on a frameset that wasn't right for me. I realise they have to go with the bell curve.
