Had a eventful week having had a Kona Kula Supreme delivered on Wednesday only to unpack it to find damage to the frame and a bit missing from the Crossmax SLR wheel. So that went back for a refund, shame as it was tricked out with some major nice bits.
Anyway went for the Scale 20 which is just as a new bike should look, very pleased with the 24hr order to on my door service from Pedalon.

I'm still waiting for delivery of my Scott 🙁 slightly the opposite end of the spectrum though to your scale 😉
A friend bought a scale 70 as his first real bike, a few years old, second hand, but at the time it looked like a really good purchase.
His only real regret is the somewhat racy angles of it all, especially when we go down some steepish bits and he feels like he's going over the top all the time.
A set of Titex Hellbents that I had in the spares box helped a bit, and hopefully a 60mm exxotic stem will arrive soon to push him up and back a bit.

Went out for a blast this morning, covered in mud now, very pleased so far
