Just fitted a new Reverb out of the box. Trimmed, and bled, only to find it gets stuck on the return travel. It returns to about half height, then I have to manually pull it back up and it feels like it's sticking (almost slightly graunchy). Is there anything I can do to try to fix, or should I just return it to CRC?

I have one that's exactly the same...
Mind was, so returned it, didn't even trim the cable, wouldn't bleed up and stay bled. It would lock down and not return, wouldn't pull up either, decided I didn't need that kind of unreliability on my bikes so handed it back and carried on with normal posts.
Sounds like seatpost clamp a little too tight as mentioned earlier
