Hello All
Never having owned a full suss before I had a bit of a nightmare with the rear shock. Ultimately this required replacing so I now have a new Monarch RT3 installed.
Do I need to do anything to bed this in? can I just go at things as hard as I did the previous shock? (for the 3 rides it worked)

The shock will 'bed in' after 6 or so rides as the shims and seals settledown.
