Just been offered a brand new Colnago World Cup CX bike (disc, 105 etc) for about 800 quid. Absolutely do not NEED one but have the money and the bike-sense is telling me that I could ride it and flog it if I didn't like it. What should I do.

Buy it, the frame is really nice.
Always sell it if you don't use it (this won't happen, CX rocks)

The nasty bugger also has a carbon colnago CX (no discs) for a little more and a carbon Zaskar for 800 quid too. Luckily the latter I'm immune to.

Great racing frame.
Isn't perfect, though for that money I doubt you will get better.
