That's a good find. I don't know about the very latest RS forks, but older Revelation forks allowed the fitment of a spacer to drop travel.

You actually have more fork options open to you than you realise. Your Camber frame will take a 1.5" lower external headset cup (Hope 'H' cup IIRC) so a tapered fork will fit, which opens up a lot of Reba-type possibilities.

I used to run my own Camber with a U-Turn Revelation, I emailed Specialized about compatibility with warranty and was told that anything up to +20mm up front was fine. 130mm is the sweet spot on a Camber 26er.

oh, really, i didn't know that - i thought it was that weird bearing-straight-in-the-frame type deal. i need to investigate further

Yes, 44mm IIRC.

There is a Hope lower cup which will fit, the lower cup will be external and thus there will be a 10mm increase in stack height.

But the payoff is that you can slot in a tapered Reba, with 120mm of travel and you get a marginally slacker head angle.

[edit] Gotcha!

Still running my camber... Definately suggest trying the 140mm before dropping. I run a set of 150 u turns and find 140mm is perfect! Raises front end a bit and lifts bb away from the floor! Used to get loads of pedal strikes with the stock 120s
