[Closed] New endevour-workshop and front sales

Hi all,
I'm in London and have come out of semi-retirement to help someone set-up, open and run a high end, high tech cycle workshop with a host of extras unheard of.
Am i allowed to ask for advice and tips with-out plugging the business?
What are your pet hates with cycle shops as this will help me at this stage, things like having to wait days for a part as it has to be ordered.
Not able to get your bike back on the same day even if you paid a bit extra.
A workshop closing at 5pm when you then have to wait till the next day to collect.
