Frame/forks was a present-to-self after a fairly good CX season (by my standards!). Big thanks to Paul Milnes for doing such a good price/deal:

Most of the componentry came off a redundant and soon-to-be-replaced road bike. Just a shame it's the wrong end of the season for a new CX bike :O( I'd hoped to christen it today down in Brighton but it wasn't to be. So roll on next September! :O)
Looks nice - just bought a cannondale CAAD9 Cx bike to replace a roadbike - what a bike! it's my new all-rounder, looks good and rides better.
Fitted with guards spoils it a bit, but makes a great commuter/tourer to keep the fitness up over the winter. Don't plan to do many CX races, just wanted a road bike for UK roads.
looks like a proper cross bike, for racering fast on, and not a cross bike for someone who thinks they're too cool for a tourer ๐
good race at Brighton, biting wind and a bit of snow for the last lap, perfect!
