I thought the Govt would pull the cycle to work scheme so rushed in and got an On One 456 - but sort of regret it (it'll very soon be in the classifieds).

My latest want is for something with a hub gear - so I'd say Charge Duster 8 (if you can get a good enough deal) or a Genesis IO ID.

Spoke to Ross at Speeds about those on friday, the new IO are out mid october, with 2 versions..8 speed @ 1200 and 11 speed @ 1500.

Must admit, I don't expect the scheme to last too long long under the current govt.

I have an 09 BadBoy, but if I was riding to work regularly i would definately go for the Boardman Hybrid - with full guards, rack, panniers - you can get it just under the 1K limit
