2nd hand 2014 Shan 26" frame, new chainset, cassette, mech and shifter - forks, wheels, seatpost, brakes, bars & stem came from the Enduro. Forks are 170mm, but I'll ride em at that before deciding if I'll lower them. Yes, I know the fireplace is shit and I DGAF about logos ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hopefully ready for tomorrow nights ride...

Wanted a new 917 Gulf, but this does look nice and has the added bonus of matching the forks

@ bikebouy - 6', but stupid gangly legs/short torso - saddle height is a guess atm though, but won't be far off

Lovely looking ride mate!

Looks well slack, any idea what the angles are?

Cheers!

Not sure yet - forks are 10mm more travel than they should be, but without putting the correct ATC into the mix, hard to tell.

Sat here, it looks even more fun than my Capra, but we'll see tomorrow

Frame looks mint from pic?

Just needs some mud over it to make it even nicer now! ๐Ÿ˜€

There's a few marks/rubs, but for a 3 yr old frame it's pretty mint.

Just measured it up against my Capra and it's VERY short - not usually an issue for me, I like short bikes - will hopefully find out how good/bad it is tonight if I can free up the KS Lev and this cold that's threatening doesn't kick in

Weeds could do with some attention.

You think the weeds were bad in the lounge...

Ready to roll - rear hose needs shortening, got a few mismatched parts, but looking good.

Reckon I'll be reet with 170mm forks (or I might die), what's 10mm between friends?
