2nd hand 2014 Shan 26" frame, new chainset, cassette, mech and shifter - forks, wheels, seatpost, brakes, bars & stem came from the Enduro. Forks are 170mm, but I'll ride em at that before deciding if I'll lower them. Yes, I know the fireplace is shit and I DGAF about logos 😉

@ bikebouy - 6', but stupid gangly legs/short torso - saddle height is a guess atm though, but won't be far off

Not sure yet - forks are 10mm more travel than they should be, but without putting the correct ATC into the mix, hard to tell.
Sat here, it looks even more fun than my Capra, but we'll see tomorrow

There's a few marks/rubs, but for a 3 yr old frame it's pretty mint.
Just measured it up against my Capra and it's VERY short - not usually an issue for me, I like short bikes - will hopefully find out how good/bad it is tonight if I can free up the KS Lev and this cold that's threatening doesn't kick in
Weeds could do with some attention.

Ready to roll - rear hose needs shortening, got a few mismatched parts, but looking good.
