Finally finished my new Yeti Build! Originally bought the frame before christmas and built it up with function over form in mind, ie 2x drive train, ridiculously skinny tyres etc etc with the purpose of long days in saddle and Marathon XC events. Decided however that since I really do neither of these on a regular basis I'd strip it down and build it up as a more trail orientated machine.
Excuse the cables, will trim when I settle on a cockpit, and the photo quality.
I built it up with mainly used parts I had lying around, so its not a bling build. It still come in at bang on 24lbs with pedals however, which isn't at all bad for a ful suss 29er with dropper. I think you could easy get it to sub 23lbs with a lighter build

Well I don't usually go for swoopy framed bikes and I'm not mad on Yetis, but that is a beautifully proportioned bike.
I've just gone off to google the geometry and fortunately they wouldn't really fit me.
