On-One Codeine died and needed a quick fix. Managed to pick a Stif Squatch frame.

All the bits have been taken off the old frame.

Little play in the local woods (Elland, Halifax) and it feels pretty fun.

It's shiny, shiny is good.

EDIT: Damn it, not tried posting a snap in a while

Looks ace 🙂

I especially approve of the old-school innertube chainstay protector.

Looks nice, does look quick and fun. In what manner did the Codeine die? I am actually allergic to codeine so I bought an Inbred instead.

I'd just fitted some new bearings on the Codeine and noticed a sticker/crack on the chain stay. I'd post a photo but i've had enough shame for one day in attempting the voodoo photo posting.

Looks nice and slack, does it feel lively to ride?

I see. I think they were a bit bad for cracking.

Thank you @kayak23 , you are clearly a witch.

Will take some getting used to, it's looong.

First ride was not ideal as rear brake seized on which was far from optimal, spent more time fettling with that than paying attention to the bike.

Will have a proper play this weekend once i've fixed the brake.

About 300 miles on mine now and I still love it despite a couple of painful crashes thanks to pedal strikes.  I’ve just upped the forks from 130mm to 140mm in the hope that extra couple of mm ground clearance will make the difference
