I'm going to ask the LBS to setup the tyres tubeless
Some nukeproof evo flat pedals ordered (I know - not bling, but I do like them)
Heli tape for cable rub
Mucky Nutz and Ass Saver type guards ordered

What about bike mounted tools too? I've seen talk of a stem cap chain tool, but what else is there out there to reduce faffage?

What else should I be buying / doing?

Assuming tubeless ready rims and tyres setting up tubeless yourself is a piece of cake, don't get your lbs to do it!

Nothing wrong with bling but I'd go bling and functional, so depends what you have in terms of what I'd recommend...

Stock grips can often be duff so that's one thing. Saddles too can sometimes fall in that category. But if it hasn't got a dropper I'd be buying one of those...

It has a dropper and the saddle is one of my favourites - grips are a good call though.
I've not yet got the compressor to do the tubeless myself yet, and the LBS will be cheap.
