[#6879187]

So I have finally finished my bling new summer bike now that the XTR cranks have finally arrived

Yeti ARC Carbon 29 (Invisiframed)
De-stickered Stans Arch x on King hubs...turquoise nipples 😉
Full 2x11 XTR
Enve bar/stem/post
Fizik Gobi 00 Carbon saddle

Steerer needs a trim once I'm comfy and the deck needs washing

Assume you are trimming steerer and not stem 🙂 Lovely bike. For racing?

Edit: Ninja editing!!!

Neighbours fence is still being put up. They are putting in new posts next week. Seem to be doing it backwards!

Lovely! (Apart from the cranks, thought there might have been a small chance they'd grow on me)

Lovely bike. Out if interest why the arch ex rims and not carbon from somewhere given the budget appears to be fairly relaxed?

No way I would run Di2. Broken too many mech's over the years

As for rims. I'm an athletic 14 stone and crests not strong enough. I guess carbon would have been nice but that would mean another £1K on top!! Not actually totalled it all up as it's been built up slowly over months.

Not if you go for Light Bicycle or similar.

Looks good though. Double chainset? How quaint 😉

nice that, very nice,

however, stem needs flipping though (looks +ve), garmin mount needs rotating so its over the stem, king hubs? form over function, tyres need all the yellow logos blacking, fox forks are too heavy, xtr cassette is a whale, esi > lock ons, and it looks like your frame is too small, 400mm post, bet thats sat in the air gap of the top tube, snappy 😉 I'm ignoring the double, its making my head hurt

Don't mention the snap word. I've broken every frame I've ever ridden.

Can't flip the garmin mount as it doesn't fit flush to the stem. Works ok on a Thomson but not the Enve

What would I black the logos with? Would look rubbish if you could still see them

IPA or acetone and some elbow grease works on some. Hard work though.

Garmin mount would fit if your stem was the right way up 😉

Very nice.
Word of warning tho...make sure you put some protection on the cranks or they'll scuff up and you'll have to moan about it then try and sell them cheap 😉

Can I ask what size that is and how tall you are. I'm right at the top of yeti size guide for a medium and at the bottom for a large. The don't really have any overlap.

It's a large frame & I'm 6'1"

Not ridden it yet as I'm using the singlespeed in the current slop but feels a nice fit
