As the post says really, what are the opinions on the two tyres for all round duties....tyre replacenet is imminent

It's a while since I've ridden Nevagals - I went from them to Nobby Nics and never went back. FWIW, just put some rubber queens on (2.2" UST) and reckon they are as good if not better than NN's and prob cheaper.

Completely different tyres,
Nevegals are fairly high volume, really grippy and good for technical riding but slow and draggy, and Nobby Nics are fast rolling "jack of all trades master of non" type tyres.
