hi all im new to the forum just macking a come back to riding after a 5 year brake after i smashed my femma i have got my old cannondale leffty out and have been geting on ok playing round lee qurey but am having some troble with the fork iv been told thay are expencive to repear and with it not naving alot of traval to start with i was woundering if any one knows is i can fit a diferent fork to it as i like the bike but dont have a big buget to by a new bike any help would be great thanks ben

Got mine fully serviced from Alf Jones in Wrexham for about £100...

It's as good as new now.. Having been hanging up doing nowt for at least 8 years..

Give them a shout, they are spot on.

Leftys can be resuscitated, like teetosugars says - they're good like that. They're a great XC fork - probably better options out there if you just want to arse around. To fit a normal fork you just need a reduction headset which are widely available on CRC etc.

You can reset the races, look on-line - its pretty easy. That will increase the travel.
