Got a spare day between East London and Exeter, so what to do?
prefer technical over pure mileage (happy with a 4-5hr hack as long as it's not a flat dull ride), but not too jumpy (I'll be alone)
FoD?
Dartmoor?
Other option and routes please.

Surrey Hills or Quantocks - latter better if you have to drive to Exeter after riding
