They're pretty cheap. And come under a variety of names.

I bought one from [url= http://www.torchythebatteryboy.com/ ]this guy's ebay shop[/url]. Pretty impressed with it for the money. Word of warning though... make sure its securely attached (with extra tape/cable ties etc) as they pop of the cheap attachment.
