[Closed] Nearly taken out by a pick-up truck wheel.

Had a really odd, and very lucky, near miss on Saturday whilst out on the roadie. A pick-up truck overtook and just as he got past his front left wheel fell off and bounced off in front of me onto the pavement. As if that wasn't bad enough the truck then skidded on it's wheel housing right in front of me and forced me to jump onto the pavement. Then the driver got out and started swearing about his mechanic seemingly unconcerned that his wheel bouncing down the pavement at 30mph in a built up area (Stockport) could have easily killed someone.

I carried on after checking the driver was alright and that his wheel didn't hit anyone, although now I wonder whether I should have called the cops or something to report it.
