you know the things. all new bikes come with them unless they are welded in. Got millions of them on my Tricross. Most of which had the bolts removed, copper greased and replaced. Needless to say I forgot 1 and its siezed, moved and is now in the bin. Anyone ever replaced them? Something like "rivinuts" maybe? Have to work in thin tubes of course. Typically its the bottle boss that I use not the mudgaurd eyes which I don't.
Exactly like rivnuts in fact. When a customer's allez had a bottle boss fail Specialized lent us their rivnut tool to fit a new one.
a dab of araldite squidged into the(cleaned with alcoholstuff) edges will do the trick if you mean that they rattle about ...cheers
