Is the geometry adjustable or is the rocker link slidy like that Yeti DH bike?

Yes the rocker arm has a QR, and you can change the shock angle from 4", 4.5" or 5" of travel. I currently have it on 5" setting. It's very efficient on the ups, especially with Propedal on.

I had an early one and loved it. The high BB is a bit odd to start with but I never had a pedal strike.
