So, this is the bike that has been causing me a bit of anguish. I've toned it down a bit, but subtle it still aint. Everyone is telling me to worry less about what I look like and ride it, which is what I shall be doing this evening in the rain. A quick blat home from the shop suggests its going to feel fast and stiff, which I guess is what I wanted.

It's a 2012 Tarmac SL4, with a 105/Ultegra mix and some of the loudest looking wheels in the world. And yes, I think it might be made by Specialized. [IMG] [/IMG]

You better get a warning sign for epileptics not to look at it.

Thumbs up from me.

Although I do own 2 Spesh road bikes so might be a tad biased!

Needs a white saddle and white bar tape.

As George Michael once suggested 'If you're gonna do it, do it right...'

The sad thing is that it was slammed. It's like showing some kids some sweets, then saying they can't have them.

Also seat angle? And you're in the wrong gear. And you're going to ride it in the rain?

I like the seatpost though.

Yep, it was slammed, but isn't now. I'm 6'4" on a 58, and prefer that it fits.

Sadly the decals are lacquered onto the wheels, or they would have come straight off.

@Crikey: I'm far too grubby to be able to pull off white saddle and bar tape.

Tyres aligned nicely, crank logo fail though.

Nice bike, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. A friend has a black S-works version and it is a thing of beauty. You'll be going so fast strobing won't be a problem ๐Ÿ˜‰

It's getting far too roady around these parts, I can't remember which 'rule' but definitely don't go near that without your eyewear. Looks fast 8)

That looks fast and is therefore brilliant. Ride it like you stole it...

I love it, just needs some red Ultremos to tie it up.

Oh and big ring/small cog for photo....shame on you.

Thanks for the nice comments.

Somehow yours looks more tasteful Rorschach.

I'll take a better picture with better adherence to the rules if it ever stops bloody raining. Didn't get the chance to ride tonight after all, so it's still sitting immaculate and tantalising in my hall.
