Superb to see him riding after all that, and has cheered me up to, day 4 of being home for me after spending 8 days in hospital due to a washout and rolling over my outstretched arm, broke my hand , my radius , broke and split my ulna from my wrist to my elbow ( now have 6" Ti plate) , 10 stitches in other arm and some rather painful nerve damage to my left leg!!
Felt low this morning after a crap night of dull aches and pains, but seeing your lad on all those machines has made me take a good swig of MTFU ,

Best wishes for the future,

Great news. Something I understand a bit more about now.

great to see him riding, but did it ever cross your mind that it's a bit odd to photograph someone in hospital? Personally it's not something I'd ever do...... it's not exactly a time you want to remember

My son just spent the first three months of his life in hospital, while some of the photos we have are of bad memories they are as important as the good ones.

Great news on him being out on the bike, must be amazing to see him out and about so soon after surgery like that.

I've been stuck in all weekend after a what seems to be a flare up (ALT > 1000, slightly yellow and short trip to hospital) of the liver problems I last had a couple of years ago. After a year of tests that didn't show what was causing it my results went normal and has been like that until about 2 weeks ago. Hopefully I'll get to the bottom of it this time.
