That's after the web site tracking system saying it was delivered on Jan 8 after being lost on Jan 6
And a lovely lady insisting it had been delivered on the 8th when i spoke to her this morning.
She sounded lovely if a little slow 🙂
Now if only my shipping company can find my stuff coming back from Canada then I'll be a happy bunny or something

It went missing last March during the terminal 5 fiasco & hasn't surfaced yet
