Tredz have them for 59 and all black so ticks those boxes

How are they anyone used them? Or any other recommendations?

I got the Shimano M530 trail pedals too

They live forever very stiff and stable platform and protect the foot well - heavy when dry heavier by magnitudes when wet .. I think ive had 2 pairs in 10 years .. Only got a 2nd pair as id left the old ones abroad.. There are more elegant booties out there but they tick every box and would survive a nuclear Apocalypse if that's a consideration

That's promising then, they do look bombproof and well made

How is the off bike grip? I don't mind a hike a bike every now and then

Sorry i should point out that the ones ive failed to kill are the slightly less fashionable but more weatherproof am45s

These look basically the same less the lace/tongue protector

Start are selling the Am9 for £60...

Similar shoe with the lace flap. Good shoes but don't expect much grip for hiking in the wet.

Well they  won't really contact the pedal, as an xc shoe they do something way stiffer that would be better,do you hard to hike a bike at all?
