Only a little one. L shaped, each leg just over an inch. What's the best/strongest way to repair it? Will tape be enough of does it need some sort or iron on or heat type fix?

Cheers.

But what are they likely to do with it? Besides, most cobblers have shops so small, it wouldn't fit a bike bag.

Sew it yourself with dental floss.

I've got some black nylon thread. Just wondering if sewing or covering is the way forward.

That's what it came back withbut the corners were already lifting.

Wondered if some sort of iron on, melt the adhesive type patch would work.

Sew a patch on the inside so the original tear doesnt get worse?

I'd get a bit of strong cloth and sew that under the hole so it reinforces it.

It's only torn the outer "skin" and exposed some foam beneath. It's not gone through. Just want to stop it getting worse.

If you want a thorough repair then Darn it to stop the tear growing, then sew a patch over the area to protect the repair...
