Anyone know if the track from Edumdbyers up past Stoterly Hill to Hishope Reservoir is ok on a bike?

I've found it on strava, its been ridden before. Just wondering if anyone had local knowledge if difficult farmers or gamekeepers who might object.
I use it a few times a year, never seen another living soul up there.
Cool. Easy to follow (in the dark)?
Wondering about using it to gain height, then loop round onto Bolts law for the ride back down to Edmundbyers.
Never tried it in the dark! Parts of it are quite rough but a lot of it follows some kind of drainage ditch. I tend to ride it the other way round.
