Is there anything between the 2.5 maxxis swampthings and the 2.1 xc mud tyres?
Minimal uphill road riding as there's a cog train back up the hill.
Dry tyres used are 2.35 60a high rollers.
Going on a prophet with fox floats on the front i think. hence being dubious about the 2.5 tyres.

wet screams are a bit narrower than swampthings, but they are mud only tyres (pure spikes) and wouldbe a handfull on roots/rocks etc

have they discontinued the 2.35" Swampthings? if not, that would be the logical choice. if they have, then cut down the central spikes on Wetscreams for a great intermediate tyre.
