Couple of videos from The Shin Dig crew, showing two different sides of the trials sport.

The first, a cheeky street ride

The second, live stream from today's UCI 26" Men's Elite R1 Final in Switzerland

Won (again) by British rider Jack Carthy, with another British rider, Oliver Weightman, in third.

Only one rider is in both, Charlie Rolls, a crowd favourite.

Thanks for the links, love a bit of trails. Watched the first one will watch the second one later. Some great spots in that vid. The wall hook at 9:40 was nuts, as was the stuff on the bollards near the recycling bins a few minutes later. I noticed a definite correlation between length of stem and skill of the rider...

I remember seeing the legend Ot Pi at the Sheffield Arena back in the day. We were there to watch the UK round of the World Indoor Trials Championship (motorbikes) and Ot gave a demonstration of cycle trials in the break using some of the motorbike sections.  Amazing to watch. He can also still ride rather "usefully" riding a road bike with drops.

Think my comment about Charlie as a crowd please came across unfairly dismissive. He's  obviously a very very good rider, with a playful fun style that comes out more outside of comps, which makes watching him ride really enjoyable. Jack sometimes it takes watching him in a comp to really appreciate how good he is; as is the case here he rides stuff none of the other riders were able to. He will be pleased with the difficulty of this years comp!

You can still see Ot Pi doing some pretty crazy stuff now on his social media, not sure how old he is, but impressive to keep up with it!
