That's an interesting summary, although I wonder why it took two years to appear in their quarterly journal.
Given that IPROW is aimed at local government officers, what changes can we expect to see?
Will any new paths get built or upgraded as suggested?
What is even more interesting is that further on in this newsletter is a discussion around Derbyshire County Council's lost high court battle against a resident. This cost DCC £500 000. This is the same team that has been up on Rushup Edge flattening trails.

Interesting read.
Unfortunately without a national organisation representing mountain bikers it's hard to see how things might change.
