Morning STWers
I’ve only ever watched the stuff on Red Bull/Apple TV, and, with a hit more time on my hands, would like to start watching the, much talked about, MTB movies.
I only have Sky/Terrestrial TV and Internet, so how do I go about getting to watch them?
YouTube - loads of stuff. Saw all the old Earthed and Sprung films are on there the other day, Steve Peat has released his film for free viewing etc.
Watched the old Chainspotting vid on YT over the weekend, was linked to it from "Mountain Biking The untold British story" off some dodgy magazine's channel.
My side panel from there also shows "The Way Down", "2014 Huayhuash Film, Mountain Bike Adventure in Peru", "Ride Your F**ing Bike" etc etc
There's some on vimeo too eg. [url=
Chainspotting is literally the best old skool vid
Kranked series on youtube
Chainsmoke also on youtube
Loads in fact
Ionate Films' VAST is on YouTube as well, flippin' brilliant film.
Mud cows is a good old one .
Brilliant. Thanks guys. I can find it on YT and play it via Apple TV on the telly.
That’ll do nicely will that.
Cheers
If you like the bikepacking/ touring/ pretty scenery side of things, bikepacking.com has some great films and trips
Slice of British Pie series (there's 3 of them) are on YT
Gamble
Deathgrip
Return to Earth
Last 3 all on Amazon but not sure about YT
I'll just leave this here...
Pinkbike posted this a couple weeks back. Should keep you entertained for a while

Look for Tea and Biscuits on youtube
Have to admit I've been re-watching Death grip and return to earth, unreal, etc.
+1 for
Rad is well worth watching too - BMX but excellent fun.

Not forgetting BMX Bandits:

Not all MTB, but Amazon Prime has an impressive amount of cycling content.
Motive (Mindspark and the Coastal Crew) on Prime is very good.
I tried watching Tea & Biscuits (and Slice of British Pie, etc), and I just really can't stand the oi-oi-geezer side of British mountain biking tbh. I don't know what it is, it just grates..
I really enjoyed Offroad to Athens, a documentary about getting selected for the US Olympic team.
Just watched Return to Earth on prime, impressive: riding, locations, filming, production - alrounder impressive!
