Me and the missus are thinking of an MTB hol in August and may consider somnewhere abroad, prob Europe due to to cost. I just wondered what peoples experiences were and if anyone could recommend a destination or holiday provider.

Thanks in advance

totally depends on what you're after...

FWIW this summer will be my 8th year in a row with bikevillage.

Something like the Alps would be good.

Saddle Skedaddle is very good and does a wide range (off with them to Italy come August).

Another couple of options are Spain & Morroco

Went to the Sierra Nevadas last year with Bike Andaluccia, & excellent riding there, plus based in Orgeva (the Biking over Lemons town) which is a decent place to stay
Both the Anti-Atlas & High Atlas in Morroco are worth doing if you fancy something slightly more exotic
