Hi
Off to Spain in a few weeks and need insurance to cover pretty much any mishaps that might be-fall me!
Any recommendations for a weeks cover
Cheers
Steve
Do you have any cover through work? Our place uses Chartis, and astonishingly they provide full cover for DH biking. If not, BMC and Snowplan are both good in my experience, and understand the needs for biking.
Will you be racing? Only found 2 which cover that.
Dogtag cheapest, Snowcard cover bikes too
I use OINC's included sports cover- never had to claim yet, but much much cheaper than proper MTB insurance. You could always put the money you save on a horse.
Snowcard
A group of us all got Snowcard cover for this years Alps trip and my mate fell off and dislocated his shoulder which needed heli evac, Although it turned out the Heli Evac was free Snowcard paid up and sorted out the hospital side of things no questions asked.
I'll be using them again.
I am in Chamonix at the moment & bought my insurance through Snowcard. The week was about £60. Don't plan on testing their credentials!
Cheers everybody.
Will give snow card a ring.
Not racing or anything-just riding
Steve
Where you off to fatgit?
Always used snowcard myself (after recommendations on here), never had to use them though...
ChunkyMTB
We're off to Sierra Neevada (I think ha ha) with Singletrack Safaris
Can't wait
Steve
Cool. You'll have an awesome time.
Oh and I use Snowcard too.
