MTB Centrelock rotors on road wheels?

I’ve got a nice set of new (to me) road/gravel wheels on the way. The hubs are Hope Pro5 Centrelock. The wheels will be used with Shimano Ultegra flat mount brakes.

I need to order a pair of centrelock rotors and Merlin have a good deal on XT Ice Tech rotors.

Will these work ok with the brakes I have?

Just want to check I won’t have any issues with rivet clearance.

Moar like XT Warp-tech rotors.

I CBA with Ice Tech in smaller sizes anymore (dunno if bigger are better...?). Forever going out of true when I had them on my gravel bike.

I have a 160mm set of https://www.merlincycles.com/shimano-xt-mt800-ice-tec-centrelock-rotor-180696.html on my VEL 50 RLs, cost me a fair bit more than ~£25 each, absolute steal at that price!

Ribble have got some Level (own brand I believe) CL rotors in 140 and 160mm for a fiver.

They did have some Shimano ones for less than £4 but they appear to have gone.
