MegaSack DRAW - 6pm Christmas Eve - LIVE on our YouTube Channel
pretty much any Mavic Crossmax wheels, apart maybe from the beefy ones
XTR shifters
X0 mechs in silver; cotic hardtails. 😀
good call packer, got them on my Klein. lovely synthesis of form and function
most Cannondales.
😯
tune cranks - no pic cos i'm at work
Finbar form over function......I had 2 of those cages and they wrecked bottles
The original U.S.E. seatpost. (can't find any pics).
i'm doing well, my klien has had or does currently have 4 of the posts on it so far 8)
ooh make that 5 thanks to the USE seatpost
haha but theres a massive issue with those x-lite bar-ends, they're glued between the clamp and bar, leading to them suddenly snapping off...
yes... just right...
+1 raceface turbines. 8)
XT 7 speed thumbies
Suntour? Look more like Campag to me.
Suntour? Look more like Campag to me.
Shifters not brake levers. Pity Campag mtb stuff never took off. It was well built.
Chris King Headset
up to 6 now 8)
most Cannondales.
Cracknfails /commondales look right in a skip I suppose
Pity Campag mtb stuff never took off. It was well built.
Yes, like Dawn French..
Hope XC hub looks nicer and more small-manufacturer-CNC than the more expensive but bland, cheap, moulded looking Pro IIs (and I have both...)
another vote for the King headset, always loved em, always looked "right"
And had Pauls Love levers on my Litespeed which again looked "right" (no these arent mine and I dont think its a litespeed...)
Someone post the Suntour XC Pro shifters. They always looked better than the XTs (and those were the ones I thought you meant Mcmoonter, sorry)
+1 for the Flite, I've got 4 of the buggers!
Old stuff for me too:
Syncros cattleprod stem and revolution tubular cranks
Pace RC30 rigid forks
Pace square tubed frames
Cook bros cranks...

heh, I'm sure they are rubbish but they still look cool 8)
Can't find a pic but I always loved my Giro Hammerhead SC skid lid, never found a better fitting lid.
It doesn't get any more stemmy than this
Pleasing to the eye and the wallet. No excess weight or overcomplicated machining just for the sake of saying "look- machining" like Hope etc, just simple and effective.
And of course
Think Salsa quick release clamps look better than Hope, if they just worked as well after a week that'd be great.
