We're off to southern Spain this May for a few days of sun and hopefully planning to escape from beer for a day or so of mountain biking. We'll be staying in Competa but are happy to head out to some trails a little further away. We were wondering if anyone can recommend any good places to head, but more importantly somewhere that hires decent bikes, ideally full sus, in the area?

If you get down to Fuengirola we have a fleet of excellent full-sus Giant Anthems and Trances. recommended for the Spanish singletrack terrain round here.
