Glad I went with the trike this morning. The roads were lethal. Good to slide into the corners. The fun you can have on the road when there's no cars about.

This week I've been playing with this:

And going sideways quite a bit ๐Ÿ™‚

Today's job is to fit a Rohloff to a Rotovelo trike - that's bright green and has a windscreen wiper so is even better...

All who came to work on road or mountain bikes all fell off even one guy on his motorbike. Not a good morning to be on two wheels.

Ben- That looks fantastic. Please tell me you wear proper Biggles style goggles and a flying helmet storming through the xmas shoppers in sauchiehall street on that thing?

I want one...

Oooh, I just have to ask . . . "What tyres for a recumbent trike?"
(that's actually a serious question!)

What trike have you got, Al?

A trice mini. They are great fun. I'm running marathon tyres on mine. They are the best I can find for small wheels on a commute.

Mini - nice! In fact, it looks very like our Windcheetah. We also have a Pashley PDQ3, which is quite slow but good in traffic.
