Been biking up to London for over 35 years, tend to park in the same bays broadly speaking
Got back to my bike yesterday evening to find an 80.00 ticket on it.
Looked around and found a 'text to pay' sign
WTF. When did this all start happening?

If Westminster, it's been in place for 3 years now (introduced Aug 2008).
