Alright, kills the battery though (get about 2 hrs) and you need a signal to download the maps I think.

I use it, it works very well - fast to get a lock on the signal. Only downside is that if you stop it still records so you have to remember to pause it. I've got 3 hours out of it.

It's ok - I still use trailguru though. My 3GS manages just over three hours running it from fully charged at which point it gets the "20% battery left" warning which stops the app unless you manually dismiss the warning message.

clubber - do you reckon trailguru is better than motion-x??

Well I like the way that you can upload all your routes to their website along with pics - it's basically just like Nokia Sportstracker which I used before which was really good.

Motion-X is probably more versatile and more hi-tech but I just prefer trailguru.

I can't get mine to log on, been outside for 20 minutes and it's not got a fix, maybe it's time for a new phone!
