Did anyone get dropped? Well … me. But to be honest, we staggered back like a bunch of bloody refugees, trudging through a war zone! I'm still traumatised. When we got out of the pub, I sat and cried. It may require counselling 😀

There has just been a brief rain shower and the air has "that spring smell" about it. The wife has asked me to liberate some wild garlic if we can find any as she wants to grow some in the garden.

Just spent half an hour trying to eliminate the troublesome play in my front wheel. Now sorted. It would appear that the bolt wasn't seated properly and literally I could have lost my front wheel at any point which could have had disastrous consequences.

If you were as OCD as me or Derek there would be no chance of that occurring. I'm not saying my bike isn't potentially lethal, it's just that when it kills me, everything will be aesthetically aligned
