I have one of theses babies on my Titus FTM. First ride on Wednesday and at 20% sag very little travel. I have set it just over 25 and tried to put as much pressure on it as i can and still no more than 50% of shaft length?? This is when set on open damping, surely I should get more.
I would say yes. The rt3 from my ftm is back at on one as we speak because there is an issue with too much travel on it. So far not that impressed with on one's customer service. I sent them two emails and eventually had to phone them to try and resolve the problem. They have had the shock a week now and I havent heard a thing from them so far. Going to have to phone them again tomorrow to see what's what. Don't think I should be chasing them up , it should be the other way round.
I have found Titus much better to deal with. They responded quickly and passed my query to on one within a day or two and also sent me a follow up email to update me.

Just had a call from on one. They have appologised for the delays and assure me that a new batch of shocks for the ftm are arriving from America tomorrow. I should have mine by Wednesday depending on the post and back in action. If you are having the same type of problem contact on one and at least the correct shock will be there to sort you out.
Much happier now.
