That power one is interesting, particularly how much it's slowed down in recent years!

I can do 300W for 15 minutes if I'm really trying and that's my lot, fair play to domestiques doing >400 for that time!

ive skim read it, and it tells me that the exercise i do in lifting the bar of chocolate to my mouth is powered by fat.

so if i up my consumption to twenty bars a day (and more would require moderate exercise levels) i will have a Mens Health perfect 6 by the end of the month.

Sweet. Thanks for that link. Basically backs up what I've been saying but with more detail and knowledge ๐Ÿ™‚

Interesting that it says dietary habits affect your tendency to use different fuels. I've noticed this since I started training.
