My rear chromoplastics are an epic fail when utilised with my carradice bag. So I was thinking as the carradice acts as a mudguard as sorts, if I chop the rear guard so it goes from the bottom of the chain stay to the where the brakes are on the seat stay. Has anyone else done this??

how so?

raceblades go from the wheel to the seatstay, not the chainstay to the seatstay. i thought about that for a minute too 😉

oh! they should be pretty easy to cut. i drilled my chromoplastics to fit my pomp. they're just ally wrapped in plastic. measure twice, cut once though eh?

Raceblades would cause the same issues 🙁 I don't have much clearance between my tyre and the bottom of my carradice bag. Having a guard between the stays will stop all the crap getting flung up.
