Would 80mm tektro 962al "mini" v brakes work with my 5700 105 levers, have only gone and ordered some and didnt reaise they pull different amounts of cable to other STI's!! 🙄
If not i might be able to pick some xt m760 MTB v brakes up instead, would these work better? ❓

You'd be better with the mini v's. The cable pull difference isn't that great - certainly nothing like the difference between canti & v-brake pulls.
