[Closed] Min tire size for Flows? + PSA : Flows on Tune hubs

I cannot find the answer to this anywhere - does anyone know what the minimum tire width that can be run on 26" Flow rims is?

I'm looking for a new XC-ish pair of wheels, and was looking for Crests but found this:

379€ for Flows, CX-Rays and Tune hubs, all for about the same weight as Shimano XT wheels. Bit odd how they say it's 24 spokes but show 32 in the pictures, but it seems a pretty good deal.

So, will I be able to run my existing stock of 26 x 2.00 tires on these, and will they be total overkill for me (70kg, hardtail, XC on very rocky + dry natural trails)
