I would like a 34t middle ring for my xt m770 chainset, I have been looking on the web for a while today but cant find one, can someone point me in the right direction please.

Blackspire make 34t rings,CRC may have some in stock.

Sorry, can you use any 34t ring or does it have to be middle specific?

Make sure it's ramped and not single speed and you will need 104bcd
